Knowledgeable Representation ◊ Dedicated to the Community
At the office of attorney Wade A. Williams, we have protected the rights of people in Fayetteville, Eureka Springs, and the surrounding communities for almost 20 years. Attorney Williams is a fifth-generation resident of northwest Arkansas, with a solid understanding of local values and an outstanding reputation with clients and colleagues in the legal community. We built our practice on a commitment to responsive and personalized service, returning all phone calls and e-mails promptly, and keeping our clients fully informed of all developments in their cases.
For a free initial consultation, contact our office by e-mail or call us at 479-253-5363 (toll-free at 888-353-6344).
We focus our representation on matters involving:
- Real estate — We handle all matters related to residential and commercial real estate transactions, from the preparation of a buy-sell agreement to the closing. With our own title insurance company, we know how to make certain that property passes free and clear of encumbrances. We also represent individuals and businesses in real estate litigation.
- Estate planning — We will help you determine the best approach for ensuring the orderly distribution of assets when the time comes. We will prepare all the documents necessary to put an estate plan in place, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, living wills, guardianships and healthcare directives. We also assist executors, administrators and personal representatives, helping to successfully settle an estate in probate court.
- Business law — We work with businesses and business owners, handling business formation issues, business contract matters, and business/commercial litigation.
